Job description

Opportunity Highlights

  • Schedule : Monday‐Friday, 8 : 00 AM‐5 : 00 PM
  • Job Setting : Outpatient
  • Types of Cases : GI procedures in clinic and procedure lab
  • Credentialing : Begins upon completion of credentialing.

Minimum Requirements

  • Board Certified / Board Eligible : Gastroenterology
  • Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), Moderate Sedation
  • Licensure : Active Illinois license, IL DEA, and CS required
