JOB DESCRIPTION :    Immediate openings for Caregivers (CNA / HHA / PCA) to join our Care Connection by the Stratford VNA, team. We are looking for caring, compassionate care givers in Stratford, Trumbull, Shelton, and the surrounding towns. We offer a competitive salary & health insurance.

COVID-19 Requirements :    Must be FULLY vaccinated

Experience :     Caregiving : Minimum of 1 year of Care Giving Experience (Required)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Sample of Qualifications Include :

Ability to recognize patient changes or concerns

Assist with personal care and activities of daily living i.e. bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care, cooking, light cleaning

Assist with ambulation with cane, walker or wheelchair

Assist in transferring the patient and performing exercises as needed

Maintain dignity and respect for the patient and their property

Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to client care

Demonstrate effective communication skills by convening necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions when clarification is needed
