Substance Use Therapist - RESET Recovery Services

Join our team and make a difference. At RESET Recovery Services, we support clients at every stage of recovery through individualized and group therapy. As a Therapist, you'll work with individuals facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges, providing compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a passionate, team-oriented professional with experience serving diverse populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based practices in both individual and group settings. Candidates may qualify as :

• Unlicensed Therapist : Master's degree in Counseling with a Candidate Permit (SWC / LSW, LPCC, or MFT-C)
• Licensed Therapist : LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Unlicensed or Licensed Psychologist

Schedule

This position is fully onsite / in-person . We offer flexible work arrangements :

Salary

Salary is based on 1.0 FTE (40 hours / week) and prorated for part-time schedules. Compensation also reflects years of experience, licensure, and company equity.

Bilingual Differential Pay

Employees fluent in required languages may earn an additional 5% of their base rate , up to $3,000 annually (prorated by FTE).

Essential Duties

Qualifications

Requirements :

Master's or Doctoral degree in professional counseling from a program that's accredited by the American Psychological Association (APA), Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP), or CSWE (Council on Social Work Education).

At least two years of clinical experience providing care, including conducting individual, family, and / or group therapy.

Colorado Licensure Requirement : If you currently hold an out-of-state license, it is a condition of employment that you obtain the appropriate Colorado licensure through the Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) within 30 days of your hire date.

Required Vaccination and TB Test.

At AMHR, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. As part of this commitment, all employees are required to receive an annual influenza (flu) shot and present a negative TB test result before their first day of work. Proof of both the flu shot and negative TB test must be provided on your first day of employment. Medical and religious exemptions can be requested if necessary.
