Your Role :

Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent

Drive accountability and performance tracking

Partner with executive leadership to scale effectively

Who You Are :

Active Texas Real Estate License

Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience

A results-oriented leader passionate about developing people

Strong organizational, follow-up, and communication skills

Tech-savvy with CRM and performance tracking experience

Position Details :

Job Type : Full-Time
