Founded by Melanie Osefo, CRNP, PMHNP, Early Glow Health takes a culturally competent, patient-centered approach, focusing on each individual’s unique story, strengths, and goals.
Role Description
As a Therapist at Early Glow Health, you’ll provide outpatient psychotherapy for adults and children (6+) within a supportive, team-based model alongside PMHNPs and collaborating psychiatrists. You’ll thrive here if you value autonomy, cultural humility, and evidence-based care —and want room to help shape a growing therapy division.
What You’ll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth (with optional in-person sessions as we grow)
- Complete intakes, risk assessments, and person-centered treatment plans
- Utilize evidence-based modalities ( CBT, DBT, ACT, MI, trauma-informed care )
- Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated, whole-person care
- Maintain timely, payer-compliant, HIPAA-secure documentation in our EHR (SimplePractice)
- Participate in peer consultation and contribute to program development (e.g., ADHD, perinatal, BIPOC / immigrant communities, groups)
Required Qualifications
Active Maryland license : LCSW-C, LCPC, or Psychologist (PhD / PsyD) — must practice / bill independently (no supervision required)Bonus : Additional licenses ( DC / VA / FL / IN ) or willingness to obtainExperience : 1–3+ years outpatient therapy preferred (post-licensure)Technical : Comfortable with telehealth and EHR documentationClinical : Strong grounding in CBT / DBT / ACT and trauma-informed approachesValues : Commitment to equity, cultural responsiveness, and collaborationCredentialing-ready : NPI + active CAQH profile required (we’ll help update / credential)Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working with ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, or women’s mental health.Familiarity with SimplePractice EHR or similar systems.Certification or specialized training in CBT, ACT, or trauma-focused therapy.Prior insurance credentialing experience (individual or under a previous group) is a strong plus.Genuine passion for empowering clients and normalizing mental health conversations.Why You’ll Love Working With Us

We offer :
