A company is looking for an Instructional Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Designs and executes knowledge transfer initiatives, including SOPs and documentation
Develops online course content that meets organizational objectives and learner needs
Creates engaging learning materials and assesses their effectiveness through feedback and data analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in education or a closely related field
4+ years of teaching, training, or web designing experience
Proven experience in technical writing for software documentation
Familiarity with design and learning programs (e.g., Adobe, Photoshop)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
