Registered Nurse (Hospice / Home Health) Compensation

The pay for this position is $56.14 per hour .

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

Registered Nurse (Hospice / Home Health) Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire permanently based on performance and business needs.
• Shift : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–4 : 30pm — No weekends or on-call!
• Visits : 5 visits per day on average.
• Mileage Reimbursement : $0.53 per mile.
• Counties Covered : Fond du Lac, Dodge, and Columbia Counties.
• Additional patient coverage in Jackson, Waterford, and Sheboygan .
• Training Pay : $60 / hour during training, then $56.14 / hour after full onboarding completion.
• Candidates without HCHB or Hospice experience will receive paid training (16+ hours depending on skill level).
