Senior Cybersecurity Manager - Cryptographic Services

As a key member of our team, you will :

• Develop and guide the strategic vision and roadmap for our Enterprise Cryptographic Services, ensuring alignment with Product partners and stakeholders.
• Analyze the threat landscape and assess the viability of cryptographic implementations across various technology platforms.
• Investigate new Encryption, Key Management, and Certificate Management technologies for their effectiveness and value.
• Shape Cryptographic Standards, Policies, and Procedures by providing your subject matter expertise.
• Communicate delivery objectives clearly to our engineering teams while supporting them with your technical knowledge.
• Facilitate build vs. buy decisions to effectively address business and technology risks.
• Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure our services evolve to meet their needs.
• Continuously seek feedback from customers to enhance our offerings.
• Advise executives on business and technology risks grounded in threat assessments.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and managers, managing a diverse portfolio of cryptography projects that meet regulatory standards.
• Stay ahead of technology trends and contribute to the growth of the engineering community through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with other senior product managers to integrate comprehensive cryptographic solutions across various teams.

The salary range for this role is $204,900 - $280,600, dependent on location. Candidates will be considered based on their qualifications, experience, and the applicable market rate.
