Job Summary :
We're looking for a seasoned leader with a strong sales background (80%) and operational expertise (20%) to manage our sales team, develop strategic directions, oversee and enhance production goals, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales (80%) :
- Lead the sales department to exceed performance goals
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive growth and satisfaction
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the timely delivery of materials at competitive prices
- Collaborate with sales teams to translate customer needs into high-quality products
- Foster a customer-centric culture across the organization
Operations (20%) :
Oversee plant operations, production, quality, and safetyImplement lean principles and continuous improvement to maximize efficiencyManage inventory, scheduling, and budgetingEnsure compliance with quality control standardsLead cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellenceLeadership Qualities :
