We are looking for a talented individual to join our NAPA family as a Counter Sales associate. As the face of the retail store, you will be the go-to person for all of our automotive needs. While technical expertise is not required, a background and knowledge of automotive parts are necessary. This role offers opportunities for career growth, whether you are looking to advance your career with NAPA or explore other careers within the company. Your responsibilities will include :

• Providing auto parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers
• Assisting other NAPA team members with customer questions
• Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions
• Engaging with retail customers to provide a positive consumer experience
• Utilizing technology, cash register, telephone, and paper catalog system
