Base pay range

$250,000.00 / yr - $285,000.00 / yr

We are partnered with an acclaimed, mid-size firm that is looking for an experienced Labor and Employment Trial Partner to join their growing team. This position is based in Southern California with remote or hybrid flexibility, as long as the Attorney is able to travel for appearances. This nationally recognized law firm focuses on complex matters and takes a team approach.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in Labor and Employment
• Significant trial experience with labor and employment, experience with Jury Trials
• Appellate experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness and ability to mentor junior level attorneys
• Licensed in good standing with California State Bar
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
