Electrician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both commercial and industrial settings, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires proficiency in blueprint reading and the use of hand and power tools, as well as adherence to the National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.

Duties

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
• Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of electrical systems.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including ammeters for testing electrical currents.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with NEC regulations and safety standards on construction sites.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become problems.
