Clinical Team Leader

About the Role :

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced  Clinical Team Leader  to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising clinical and support staff, managing clinic operations, and providing direct clinical services to an assigned caseload in our Outpatient program. The candidate will be a licensed clinician with strong leadership skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise assigned clinical and support staff.
• Provide orientation, training, and clinical supervision.
• Schedule and lead team meetings.
• Ensure staff compliance with policies and procedures; document corrective actions.
• Deliver direct clinical services and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct first-level patient grievance hearings and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Monitor testing (urine) as needed.
• Audit patient charts monthly for compliance with program and regulatory standards.
• Build therapeutic relationships and tailor interventions to patient needs.
• Apply crisis management techniques to de-escalate and resolve patient issues.
• Serve as a community liaison when requested.
• Submit timely reports and data as assigned.
• Schedule staff coverage for clinic operations.
• Uphold professional ethics in all interactions.
• Knowledge of CSSD compliance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
