Building & Grounds Support Specialist

Purpose : Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance for all buildings and grounds. This is a hands-on position that supports the yard, warehouse, office, and showroom. Monday - Friday, 7a - 3 : 30p.

Key Responsibilities

Grounds Maintenance

• Keep entryways, sidewalks, and outdoor areas clean and clear of debris, snow, and mud.
• Maintain landscaped areas water, weed, trim, and clean as needed.
• Ensure outdoor lighting, trash cans, and smoking receptacles are in good condition.
• Keep outdoor displays clean and ready for customers.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for company events.
