Community Manager

CVG Properties is currently searching for an experienced multifamily property manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of a beautiful 90-unit apartment community located in Tempe built in 2021.

Who are You? An experienced property manager who understands, or can see the value, benefit, and stability of working directly with an owner / operator to proactively manage our communities, wants to have your voice heard, and has a desire to help shape the direction and success of both our communities and the company.

As a CVG community manager and the CEO of your own multi-million-dollar multifamily community you will be tasked with overseeing and optimizing all the property operations, general administration, and maintenance of the property. Starting with a focus on providing best-in-class customer service to our residents and to all potential residents, the property manager will ensure efficient operations through proper revenue and expense control, vendor relations, maintenance, lease administration, team building and monthly reporting
