Lexington, KY | Full-Time or Part-Time | $27.00–$36.00 / hour

️‍⚕️ What You’ll Do

✅ Provide hands-on, resident-centered care

✅ Supervise SRNAs (State Registered Nursing Aides)

✅ Communicate effectively with nurses, aides, and interdisciplinary team

✅ Conduct regular resident rounds and respond to needs quickly

✅ Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive workplace

✅ Be a strong advocate for our residents' health and comfort

⏰ Available 12-Hour Shifts

Day Shift (7am–7pm) :

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Saturday and Sunday

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Night Shift (7pm–7am) :

Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Night shift differential available!
