• About the Role :

This leadership position serves as the critical link between senior management and project execution teams. The individual will drive performance, standardization, and accountability across all production activities, ensuring successful outcomes on complex, high-volume operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and develop a statewide team of production and project leaders to maintain excellence and meet performance targets.

Collaborate with executive and operational leadership to implement process improvements and ensure production consistency across all active sites.

Oversee bid selection, estimating and strategy.

Oversee project, scheduling, cost control, and compliance with internal quality and safety benchmarks.

Build a culture of accountability by mentoring project managers and production supervisors, reinforcing expectations, and driving results.

Monitor production metrics and provide strategic insight to guide ongoing resource planning and executional priorities.

Serve as a key operational contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring project alignment and timely progress across the state.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

At least 10 years of experience in commercial roofing and project management, with a demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role.

Strong understanding of production workflows, pacing, resource allocation, and site safety practices.

Proven ability to lead distributed teams in a fast-moving, quality-driven environment.

Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and aligning cost with productivity.

Exceptional communication skills and leadership presence, capable of driving change and building trust.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Background in high-volume or multi-site construction operations, specifically in commercial roofing, is strongly preferred.

Willingness to travel extensively across Florida (up to 50%).

Pay : $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
