About the Role
This full-time, on-site position is located in Lakewood, NJ. The RBT QA Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the consistent quality of ABA services provided to clients.
Responsibilities
- Conducting quality assurance checks
- Maintaining compliance with established protocols
- Implementing quality control measures
- Performing data analysis to improve service delivery
- Collaborating with team members to provide feedback and enhance performance
- Maintaining open communication with clinical staff and leadership
Key Responsibilities
Conduct internal audits with a primary focus on Session NotesSupport RBT trainings to ensure clinical integrity and best practicesCollaborate with the leadership team to Identify patterns and trends in service deliveryRecommend improvements in service qualitySupport and implement corrective action plansUtilize Central Reach software to track, document, and analyze dataAdditional Responsibilities
Review RBT documentation for accuracy, completeness, and complianceTrack RBT credentialing status and recertification timelinesProvide feedback and corrective action guidance to RBTs and supervisorsSupport onboarding by ensuring new RBTs meet quality benchmarksAssist with policy updates and QA-focused training materialsQualifications
1–2 years of ABA experience (QA or supervisory experience preferred)Strong understanding of ABA documentation, insurance standards, and complianceExcellent organizational and communication skillsProficiency with Central Reach strongly preferredAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesStrong technology skills and proficiency with digital platformsRequired Skills
