Family HealthCare (FHC) is a family-oriented primary care clinic that provides various medical services for patients in the Fargo-Moorhead area. With five different care locations and a mobile unit, we proudly serve over 15,000 patients each year.

As an Advanced Practice Provider at Family HealthCare, you will engage in a variety of meaningful tasks daily. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing tailored treatment plans, and providing ongoing management for chronic conditions. You'll collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive patient care and optimal health outcomes. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families about health management and preventative care strategies, fostering a culture of wellness and empowerment.

Documenting patient progress accurately in our electronic health records system is essential, as is staying current with medical best practices. You will also participate in team meetings and training sessions committed to continuous learning and improvement, ensuring you are always equipped to deliver excellent care. LICENSE, REGISTRATION, AND / OR CERTIFICATION

  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in appropriate states (if NP)
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in appropriate states
  • Current certification in CPR or ability to become certified within 90 days of hire date
  • Current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) permit to prescribe controlled substances or the ability to

obtain licensure.
