What You'll Do

• Lead full-stack development across the modernization program : backend, APIs, services, and Blazor UI
• Participate in designing and implementing the migration of a legacy WebForms application ? Blazor (Server or WASM)
• Develop modern .NET 710 backend services and help decompose monolithic components into smaller, maintainable services
• Ensure front-end and back-end alignment, define coding standards, and maintain high engineering quality
• Collaborate with the Solution Architect on technical designs, integration patterns, and architectural decisions
• Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure Cloud Services
• Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and support best engineering practices in the team
• Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and security issues across the full stack
• Contribute to CI / CD improvements, automated testing practices, and DevOps integration
