Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer (.Net, Blazor)

What You'll Do
- Lead full-stack development across the modernization program : backend, APIs, services, and Blazor UI
- Participate in designing and implementing the migration of a legacy WebForms application ? Blazor (Server or WASM)
- Develop modern .NET 710 backend services and help decompose monolithic components into smaller, maintainable services
- Ensure front-end and back-end alignment, define coding standards, and maintain high engineering quality
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on technical designs, integration patterns, and architectural decisions
- Implement cloud-native solutions using Azure Cloud Services
- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and support best engineering practices in the team
- Troubleshoot performance, reliability, and security issues across the full stack
- Contribute to CI / CD improvements, automated testing practices, and DevOps integration
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in software development with strong emphasis on .NET and full-stack engineeringProven hands-on experience building modern UIs with Blazor (Server / WASM)Solid experience modernizing or extending legacy .NET applications (ASP.NET WebForms, .NET Framework)Strong backend experience :.NET 610, REST APIsmicroservices or modular monolith patternsasynchronous / parallel workflowsDeep understanding of Azure cloud services (Azure SQL, Virtual Machines, Container Apps, and App Insights)Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server)Experience working in Agile teams, leading technical discussions, and driving development effortsStrong communication skills and ability to mentor other developersNice to Have
Experience with UI / UX componentization, frontend performance tuning, or Blazor state management patternsExperience with event-driven systems, messaging, or CQRS / MediatRPrior involvement in migration / modernization initiativesKnowledge of domain-driven design, clean architecture, or enterprise integration patternsEnglish Level
