Position Overview

We're hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account offering home daily or home weekly options, depending on your location. Enjoy guaranteed weekly pay, consistent routes, and reliable miles hauling reefer freight.

Drivers operate newer equipment, run steady lanes, and benefit from a virtual orientation, allowing you to complete onboarding from the comfort of home. This is a stable opportunity with a company that values your time, safety, and work-life balance.

⭐ Job Details

$0.70–$0.80 CPM (based on experience)
Up to 3% bonus for safe, on-time deliveries
Average weekly earnings: $1,400–$1,600
Annual earnings: $73,372–$82,212
No-touch freight (live unload + drop & hook)
Average miles: 1,700 per week
1–3 loads per day | ~13 stops weekly
$17 per stop pay
Drivers run nights, evenings, and early mornings
No mountain driving required

Service Area: Colorado and Southern Wyoming

Equipment

• New, well-maintained fleet
• 2025 automatic trucks with auto-chains
• Reefer trailers (training provided)
• Mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook

Driver Duties

• Operate commercial vehicles safely and efficiently
• Plan and follow delivery routes while meeting schedules
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Communicate with dispatch and operations regarding load status
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

✅ Requirements

✔ Valid CDL-A license
✔ Minimum 3 months of recent, verifiable driving experience
✔ Clean driving record with a strong safety mindset
✔ Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
