IFF Health & Biosciences is looking for a results-driven, motivated process engineer who will provide technical support for a biological process manufacturing facility.

As a Process Engineer based in the Beloit facility, you will be part of a team responsible for developing and designing new technologies, scale-up of new products from R&D, capital project support, and equipment design. The successful candidate will be an active participant in cross-functional project teams, global supply initiatives, and continuous improvement teams.

Responsibilities include :

• Implement strategic technology initiatives focusing on cost and capacity savings.
• Facilitate new product and technology introductions to the plant while interfacing with globalized R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Work with capital teams focusing on biological process design, including sterile operation and sanitary design for expansion and site capital projects.
• Drive technical improvements for processes by monitoring and managing critical process performance.
• Design and develop operations, equipment, process, and methods.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on process and mechanical reliability.
