Associate Product Owner

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align development efforts with business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams—developers, UX designers, analysts, and business leaders—to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
• Support testing and quality assurance by ensuring clear definition of acceptance criteria.
• Apply foundational knowledge of business systems, eCommerce platforms, and B2B processes to recommend scalable solutions.
• Contribute to moderately complex projects and assist in mentoring peers to foster team growth.
