Compensation & Incentives $70,000 sign-on bonus Up to $70,000 in annual quality performance incentives RVU bonus opportunity based on annual threshold $8,000 annual CME allowance + paid CME time Student loan repayment support Relocation assistance available Paid malpractice with tail coverage Benefits Snapshot Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Hospital-employed position with long-term stability Licensing, dues, and subscription fees covered Flexible scheduling and scribe support for high-volume providers Core Responsibilities Provide outpatient cardiology services in a high-demand, low-saturation region Work a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (full-time, permanent) See patients / day with scribe support available for providers seeing 15+ Perform and interpret ECGs, cardiac imaging, stress tests, and device interrogation reports Conduct minor procedures including loop recorder implantation / removal, TEE, and cardioversion Supervise stress testing in collaboration with the respiratory therapy department Utilize Epic EMR with Cupid module and Muse (coming soon) Collaborate with referring providers and maintain continuity of care
