• Certifications : ARRT CT

• Skills : Toshiba
• Trauma Level I Experience : Preferred
• Trauma Level II Experience : Preferred
• Travel experience preferred
• Charting : Altera experience preferred, not required
• Local Rule : not accepted
• Return traveler Status : Previous perm staff must be gone 1 year in order to return as a traveler
• Local Radius : RN / LVN : 150 miles, Allied / CNA : 50 miles
• 2 years experience in service line required
• License in hand required with submittal
