Office Manager – Dental (Working OM)
Mon–Thurs 7:30am–5:00pm | Fridays as needed for catch-up

Dr. Shin is a newer doctor with big vision. He’s committed to growing the practice, expanding services, and creating an office that runs with intention and purpose. What he needs now is the right partner on the operations side — someone who can help turn ideas into systems, support growth, and build strong processes that last.

This is a working Office Manager role. You’ll be present, involved, and leading from the front — supporting the team, helping at the desk when needed, watching numbers, improving systems, and keeping the day flowing smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the front office team
• Creating and improving systems for scheduling, collections, and patient flow
• Helping implement new services and growth initiatives
• Monitoring key metrics and keeping the team aligned to goals
• Coaching with kindness but holding standards
• Jumping in wherever needed — this is not a “behind closed doors” role

What We’re Looking For

• Dental office management experience
• Strong understanding of scheduling strategy and collections
• Someone who sees opportunity and knows how to act on it
• A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to fix
• Comfortable building structure and accountability
• Not afraid of hard work or high expectations
