Attorney

We are seeking a dedicated Attorney to join our legal team in Providence. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess strong analytical skills, and have a passion for the law.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and wills
  • Research and analyze laws and regulations
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients

Requirements :

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the state bar association
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
