Location : Mantey Heights Rehabilitation & Care Center - Grand Junction, CO

Schedule : Part-Time & PRN 12-Hour Day Shifts (6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM w / 30 min lunch) & Evening Shifts (6 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM)

Compensation : Competitive wages starting at $35.00 - $44.00 per hour DOE

Position Overview

As an RN, you will be responsible for providing and coordinating nursing care, supervising direct care staff, and ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of medical and personal care. You will collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to enhance wellness and the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care in accordance with nursing standards and physician directives.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes, and document observations in medical records.
• Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Provide support to residents and their families, maintaining open communication and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as well as facility policies.
• Participate in care planning, shift reports, and team meetings.
