Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives manage complex projects and ensure successful delivery of business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication and organizational skills along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Define program scope objectives timelines and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop and maintain detailed program plans schedules and status reports.

Coordinate and oversee multiple related projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Manage risks issues dependencies and change requests across projects.

Facilitate communication between project teams leadership and external partners.

Track program performance analyze variances and implement corrective actions as needed.

Ensure effective use of resources and manage program budgets.

Conduct regular program reviews and present progress to senior management.

Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams ensuring shared understanding of goals and deliverables.

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Computer Science or related field.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall or hybrid).

Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder-management skills.

Proficiency with project management tools (Jira MS Project Asana or similar).

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage large complex and dynamic programs with multiple dependencies.

PMP PgMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in technology software development or enterprise environments.

Strong financial and budgeting skills.

Ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse teams.
