Operations & Leadership
- Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, resident relations, maintenance and vendor management.
- Lead, train, and motivate on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet company performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, fair housing laws, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
Financial Management
Manage the community's annual operating budget.Monitor rent collections, delinquencies and expenses to achieve targeted financial goals.Analyze financial statements and performance metrics; implement strategies to maximize NOI.Code and submit invoices for payment.Process AME and related month-end statements.Leasing & Marketing
Drive occupancy and retention through effective leasing strategies, resident engagement and community events.Oversee online marketing, reputation management and leasing presentations to prospective residents.Approve rental applications and enforce lease agreements in accordance with company policies.Resident Relations
Build strong resident relationships to promote satisfaction and retention.Handle escalated resident concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.Ensure the community is well-maintained, safe and welcoming at all times.Maintenance & Property Standards
Partner with maintenance teams to ensure timely work order completion, preventative maintenance and curb appeal.Oversee vendor contracts, service agreements and capital improvement projects.Conduct weekly property inspections to uphold community standards.Qualifications
Strong understanding of LIHTC regulations, income limits, and compliance rules.Required
Minimum of three years of property management experienceRequired
Minimum of two years of on-site at a large site of 500+ unitsRequired
