POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Service Plumber to perform residential and light commercial plumbing service, repair, and replacement work. This role includes diagnosing plumbing issues, presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners and property managers, and completing high-quality plumbing repairs. Work may include water heaters, fixtures, drain issues, sewer repairs, repipes, and general plumbing service calls.


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform residential and commercial plumbing service and repair work
• Diagnose plumbing issues and clearly explain solutions to customers
• Present repair and replacement options in a professional manner
• Repair, replace, and install plumbing systems and fixtures
• Perform water heater repairs and replacements
• Address drain and sewer issues as part of overall service work
• Test plumbing systems for leaks, proper operation, and code compliance
• Cut, assemble, and install piping with knowledge of existing infrastructure
• Follow all plumbing codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Properly document work performed, recommendations, and completed repairs
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call


QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience as a residential and/or commercial service plumber required
• Valid state plumbing license preferred but not required
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and codes
• Ability to diagnose problems and recommend proper solutions
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to use plumbing tools and diagnostic equipment
• Good physical condition and ability to perform hands-on work
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screen

COMPENSATION
This position is commission-based with additional performance bonuses. Earnings are directly tied to individual performance, productivity, and the quality of solutions provided to customers. High-performing service plumbers have the opportunity to earn well above traditional hourly positions through commissions and incentive bonuses. Full details of the commission structure and bonus opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
