Description
The Retail Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting retail marketing strategies and creative deliverables under the direction of the Merchandise & Marketing Specialist. This role contributes to initiatives that increase store traffic and enhance the customer experience at Lehman's brick-and-mortar location in Kidron, Ohio.
The Retail Marketing Assistant will assist in the planning and coordination of in-store events, demonstrations, and bus tours, as well as managing elements of Lehman's external marketing efforts and associated budgets. This includes collaboration with media partners across multiple channels such as social, print, broadcast, outdoor, and digital. This role will also help monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, including ROI and KPI tracking.
- Assist the Merchandise & Marketing Specialist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives that drive store traffic and brand awareness.
- Coordinate logistics and provide support for in-store special events, demonstrations, and promotions.
- Track marketing budgets, media placements, and performance outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent and effective marketing communications.
- Assist with organizing creative marketing assets that align with Lehman's brand identity.
- Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and campaigns and prepare reports for review by the Merchandise & Marketing Specialist.
- Present Lehman's unique product offerings in a manner that fosters customer engagement, nostalgia, and appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
- Assist with in-store merchandise needs.
Requirements
Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in marketing, retail marketing, or a related role.
Skills and Abilities :
Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with marketing analytics or design tools is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Social media content skills a plus.
