Schedule : Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week | No Overtime

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst II to support analytical, pricing, and supplier data initiatives at the Spring, TX campus. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in Excel-based data management and pricing analysis, able to work across departments and suppliers to improve data accuracy, validate pricing, and support business decisions.

This position focuses on data quality, cleansing, validation, and pricing analytics , and requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to summarize insights through charts, tables, and reports.

Main Functions

• Import, cleanse, validate, and analyze complex data sets to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Perform pricing analysis and reasonableness checks ; make recommendations based on data insights.
• Interface with suppliers to obtain quotes and confirm data accuracy.
• Collaborate with agreement operations and support teams to enhance materials and pricing data on supplier agreements.
• Consolidate and present findings in clear visual formats (charts, graphs, and tables).
• Ensure continuous improvement in data integrity and quality standards .
• Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
• Mentor junior analysts where applicable.
