Salary : $90K-$95K

Schedule : Monday - Friday | No weekend| No holidays | On-Site

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision and guidance of the Behavior Analysts and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Department.
• Supervision of assigned staff includes conducting performance evaluations, scheduling, providing orientation, and offering training.
• Make decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, corrective action plans, and similar actions.
• Determine caseloads and assign cases to the team. Review treatment plans to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Track all necessary data related to case management performance targets and the timeliness of reports. Maintain internal and external file compliance.
• Ensure consistent utilization of applied behavior analysis techniques, promote a therapeutic environment, and develop / support quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop effective policies and procedures for behavioral intervention, and serve as a liaison to other departments within the agency.
• Instruct and support staff in the use of behavior intervention strategies, providing in-service training and professional development to foster staff growth.
• Facilitate Behavior Intervention Team department meetings, including developing agendas, conducting training updates, and disseminating information related to policies, procedures, and updates regarding funders, etc.
• Maintain an individual case-load and perform all the duties of a behavior analyst.
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state licensing requirements, while maintaining internal adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
