Job description
A company is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (Virtual - Contract through December 2025).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual wellness visits and health assessments for patients
Collaborate with in-home clinical team members to provide comprehensive patient care
Perform health risk assessments, medication reviews, and patient education
Required Qualifications
Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Active Family Nurse Practitioner License
Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and compassion in healthcare delivery
Technologically savvy with experience using digital tools for patient care
Pass national background check and valid clinical license search
