Position Summary : The supervisor is accountable for the training cleaning inspecting and followup of all accounts in the designated territory.

Summary of Essential Position Functions :

  • Training new hires on the companys policies and procedures
  • Train and support employees at each facility to ensure clear responsibilities and thorough work inspections.
  • Completing daily scheduled inspections as per the detailed schedule.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction following up on customer issues within 24 hours of the complaint
  • It is important to maintain the inventory in the building by ordering necessary supplies when required.
  • Oversee staff to ensure all duties are completed per the task schedule.
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Develop a presence and relationship with customers and employees
  • MUST MAINTAIN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

    • Education / Credentials :

  • High School / GED Preferred

    • Experience / Skills / Knowledge :

  • 23 years of previous supervisor experience required
  • Must be able to multitask and work independently and as a member of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Must have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Experience in a service environment is preferred

    • Schedule :

  • MondayWednesday 9 : 00 pm 1 : 00 am WednesdaySunday 5 : 00 pm 9 : 00 pm
  • Monday Wednesday 9 : 00 pm 12 : 00 am Thursday Friday 5 : 00 pm 8 : 00 pm

    • Shift : Evening shift

    Salary : $15.00 Per Hour

    Experience :

  • Janitorial : 2 years (Required)

    • Compensation : $15.00 per hour
