About the Position
Apartment Lead Maintenance Technician – Lead Maintenance Technician for multifamily property management. Responsible for supervising maintenance staff, ensuring efficient completion of service requests, make-readies, upgrades, and various maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and train maintenance team, guiding them through daily tasks.
- Complete service requests and oversee work order completion.
- Plan and schedule make-readies and apartment upgrades.
- Assist with various projects assigned by Property Manager.
- Maintain team schedule, ensuring work orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Serve as on-call representative per schedule.
