The Senior Building Maintenance Worker performs skilled building maintenance tasks in the areas of electrical plumbing finish carpentry refrigeration heating ventilation air conditioning painting locksmith and preventive maintenance to provide for the continued safe and efficient operation of the facility and associated areas.

Key Responsibilities :

Day Shift Monday - Friday 8 : 00 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m. Occasional shift change to help with coverage of boiler equipment is required.

Licenses and Certifications :
