The Assistant Store Manager will assist the Store Manager in management and daily operation of the store, including sales, customer service, operations and administration, communication, marketing and merchandising.

Responsibilities :

• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Assist in the tracking, monitoring, and communication of business results
• Elevate the level of sales and service practiced by all associates
• Develop personal sales techniques and assist in the development of associates' sales techniques to maximize sales
• Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends

Compensation Range : Local Minimum Wage up to $32.00
