Minimum Requirements of the Social Services Director

Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or other allied field. MSW preferred.

Must be computer literate.

Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner.

Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing social services.

Experience Requirements of the Social Services Director

At least one (1) year experience working in a skilled nursing facility
