Job Summary

Provide general overall FM services including continuous monitoring of facility. Work with Facility Managers and Engineering Managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, including issuing purchase orders, managing bid requests and service / construction contracts, processing of accounts payable and accounts receivables.

Key Elements And Essential Tasks

Customer Service :

• Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with client, JLL representatives, tenants, landlords, and service providers.
• Coordinate special events in support of client or JLL.
• Provide support for guests, visitors, and employees at client locations.
• Act collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism.
• Ensure delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance.
• Demonstrate leadership, responsiveness, and creativity in solutions for service delivery.
• Understand the applicable Service Level Agreements (SLAs), help the team achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and favorable scores on client satisfaction surveys.
• Review monthly client service request summaries to pinpoint and correct recurrent operational problems.
• Evaluate vendors and suppliers on a regular basis with regard to quality, reporting and competitive pricing.
• Verify the accuracy of deliveries for count, pricing, and description where parts are requested for maintenance activities.
