Facilities Associate Principal (Building Enclosure / Structural Restoration)

Responsibilities

ECS is offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to join our Mid-Atlantic Facilities team in Hanover, MD. In this role, you'll oversee projects related to building enclosure consulting, and / or structural systems. If you have a strong technical background, and proven leadership skills, we want to hear from you. The successful candidate will work primarily in the Greater Baltimore region and across the mid-Atlantic states. You will be actively engaged in working with senior leaders in developing local and regional business strategy for creating new service lines, innovation initiatives, recruiting, and client development.

• Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and / or structural testing, building enclosure and / or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
• Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region
• Overseeing projects related to :

Building enclosure testing, assessment and commissioning

Qualifications

Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE

The expected pay range for this role and location is $105,000 - $150,000 / year. The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
