Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads all quality operations at H.B. Fuller's Guadalupe facility, ensuring compliance, product integrity, and customer satisfaction. This role oversees laboratories and technicians, manages the Quality Management System (QMS), and drives continuous improvement from plant commissioning through stabilization. It plays a key leadership role in fostering a strong quality culture across all operations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with global standards
• Serve as ISO Management Representative and ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949, and CTPAT
• Lead internal, customer, and corporate audits and manage corrective actions
• Supervise lab operations and testing for various adhesive technologies
• Oversee analytical testing and ensure adherence to specifications
• Manage validation plans for infrastructure, equipment, and products
• Lead customer complaint investigations and CAPA processes
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools to improve process capability
• Drive continuous improvement and manage pest / environmental hygiene programs
• Lead and develop the Quality team, promoting a proactive quality culture
