Role Location and Environment

This role will be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA. The work location is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the core ranking of the feed on , including how updates in the Feed are optimized and balancing multiple ecosystem trade-offs and considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PMs, data scientists, AI, applications, and infrastructure engineers to lay out a comprehensive AI roadmap for Feed Relevance.
• Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics.
• Prioritize and help to define new features and model improvements.
• Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on .
• Drive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.
• Clearly communicate product and platform benefits to our users and internal stakeholders.
• Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources, including experiments.

is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $151,000 to $246,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
