Job Title : LPN(Evening Shift)
Location : Somerville TN
Duration : 7 Months
Rate : $45 / hr. on 1099
Responsibilities :
- Evening and weekend shift 2pm-10pm every other weekend
- LPN experience equivalent to one year of licensed practical nursing
- CPR certified
- Ability to respond to facility medical emergencies
- Assessment skills
- Able to maintain a professional open line of communication with staff and youth.
- Follow DCS policies and procedures
- Administer medications and monitor effectiveness and side effects
