Fixed Route Bus Driver

Sign-On Bonus : $7,500.00 (Rules Apply)

Referral Bonus : up to $3,000.00 (Rules Apply)

Knowledge and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a Verifiable CDL (Commercial Driver's License - Class B or Class A) with a Passenger Endorsement
• 5 years of driving experience preferred; 3 years required which must be verifiable through DMV
• Must be able to pass a Federal background check which includes lifetime search and Fingerprint which will need to be verified by VA State Police
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and DOT physical
• Customer Service Experience a plus
• High degree of comfort working with people with disabilities.
• Possess excellent communication (written and verbal) and decision making skills
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays
