Senior Network Architect - Contract Role

Join the Office of Information Technology Services (ITS) Senior Network Architect . In this role, you will architect, implement, and support secure and scalable enterprise network infrastructure that powers critical public services across the state.

Contract Length : 30 Months

Location : Albany, NY, 122232

Work Setup : Hybrid

Senior Network Architect Responsibilities :

• Architect technology solutions that meet agency business needs and align with ITS technical and security standards.
• Provide Level 3 support for network hardware deployed statewide, including troubleshooting, performance tuning, and log analysis.
• Pre-configure network devices for field deployment and remotely support field technicians during installations and maintenance.
• Collaborate with vendors and agency teams for equipment installation, configuration, and testing.
• Review existing network architecture and recommend upgrades, replacements, or improvements.
• Use agency applications to maintain accurate field inventory data.
• Ensure compliance with all ITS technology and security policies.
