Role Description :

Step into a leadership role as Security Engineer III, where you'll serve as a technical expert on enterprise security architecture and advanced threat mitigation. Based in our St. Louis, Missouri office, you'll design, implement, and optimize cutting-edge security technologies across hybrid environments, ensuring that all deployments align with business goals and regulatory requirements. This role goes beyond technical execution-you'll collaborate across teams, guide the adoption of new security frameworks, and mentor junior engineers in best practices. Your deep understanding of identity and access management, zero-trust architectures, cloud security, and compliance automation will position you as a key contributor to our enterprise-wide strategy. Qualifications : Education :

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, or a related field is preferred.

Required Qualifications :

• Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd. Saint Louis, MO. All employees are required to submit work from home requests and follow our Work From Home policy, which will be provided to all candidates selected to interview.
• 6 or more years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or related roles.
• 6 or more years of experience in networking infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of security architecture, zero-trust frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2).

In our vision to be First with Co-Workers, compensation is only one piece of the comprehensive total rewards package we offer. The target base salary range for this position is $99,000 to $128,500. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience and geographic location.
