CRO Specialist

A company is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Perform audits of clients' web analytics implementations and make recommendations for accurate tracking

Conduct in-depth competitor and market research to identify conversion strategies and user behavior trends

Develop and execute conversion rate optimization strategies and testing plans based on data analysis

Required Qualifications

Expertise with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other analytical tools

Experience with major web content management systems including WordPress, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento

Familiarity with AI-driven CRO tools and heatmap analysis tools

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn new technologies
