Nights with 8 and 12 hour shifts.Every third weekend rotation and holiday rotation.Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Unit Overview :
Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit , where you'll work with a diverse patient population, including :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuations, AVMs, and tumor resections.Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries.Stroke patients as part of our Comprehensive Stroke Program .High-volume cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases.Your role includes delivering comprehensive, evidence-based patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.Completion of an accredited nursing program.Experience Required :
Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed :
Ability to deliver holistic patient care with a focus on patient and family needs.Proficient in critical decision-making and communication.Strong organization and time management skills.Ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively with healthcare teams.Physical Requirements :
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, pushing / pulling, and transferring patients as required.Knowledge of and adherence to safety and health regulations.
